[RNA-seq]Gene ontology 분석 이란?

 Gene ontology 분석은 DEG가 어떤 biological process /cellular component /molecular function 용어와 연관이 있는지 분석할 수있습니다. 

전체 유전자대비 DEG와 특정 term에 연관(enrichment 혹은 depletions)되어 있는지의 여부를 통계적 테스트를 통해 수행합니다. 

유의하게 Enrichment 혹은 depletions 되어있는 term들은 P-value로 확인 할 수 있습니다.
